Posted Date: 10/26/26 (12:15 PM)
Dear Parker Early Childhood Center (ECC) Families,Â
At Parker ECC, we do not celebrate Halloween. Instead, we celebrate the joy of reading with our special Character Book Parade!Â
Please join us this Friday, October 30th, for our Character Book Parade!Â
Date: Friday, October 30, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM
Location: School grounds. Students will parade by walking around the school building.
Our young students will celebrate their favorite book characters and the joy of reading! We love to encourage imagination, creativity, and a love of books that lasts a lifetime.Â
Important reminders for families!
Please watch from far away. We welcome you to watch and enjoy the parade! Please give our students and staff enough space to walk safely.
Please do not pull your child out of the parade line. All students must stay with their class and follow the parade route as told by school staff.
Please take pictures of your own child only. To protect the privacy of all our students, please do not take pictures of other children.
No candy or outside food.
No costumes with weapons.
No scary or bloody costumes.
Students must wear shoes. No slippers, please!
Thank you for your help and continued support. We look forward to celebrating reading with our Parker Early Childhood Center (ECC) family!Â
